©Instagram Formula 1 CEO Chase Carey was in Montreal on Wednesday for the inauguration of Montreal's new pit and paddock complex. The overhaul of the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve's main infrastructure was hit with a delay because of the harsh weather conditions that prevailed last winter. "Winter set in very early in Quebec this year, with snow coming in November," race promoter François Dumortier told Le Journal de Montreal.
