Sirotkin to drive for Williams in post-Abu Dhabi GP test
Sergey Sirotkin is set to join Robert Kubica in testing a 2017-spec Williams Formula 1 car in the post-Abu Dhabi Pirelli tyre test, Motorsport.com has learned. The Russian, who is currently Renault's reserve driver, is expected to get one day of running at Yas Marina, while Kubica will complete the other day. Williams is mulling over who it will run alongside Lance Stroll next season, following Felipe Massa's retirement from F1. Motorsport.com understands Kubica is the frontrunner to get the seat, with next week's test aimed at generating the final answers it requires. Sauber's Pascal Wehrlein, Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat and Williams reserve driver Paul di Resta are also in contention. It...
