Palmer eyes Q2 return, first F1 points

– Renault's Jolyon Palmer is hopeful that he can progress through to Q2 during qualifying for the British Grand Prix and use it as a platform to score his maiden Formula 1 points.Palmer has not made it through to Q2 since the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, in which he achieved 11th position in the race, his best result so far of 2016.Renault has scored points only once this season, courtesy of Kevin Magnussen in Russia, but rookie Palmer is hoping he can break through into the top 10 positions."Yes, 100 per cent," he said when asked if improving Renault's qualifying result was the primary aim."Actually we've been quite close, [in] Montréal I was 0.015 off...
