Lewis Hamilton claimed his fifth Canadian Grand Prix victory - leaving him just two short of Michael Schumacher’s record - after a strategy error for Sebastian Vettel cost the German a shot at the win. The Briton lost out to Vettel at the start of the race as the Ferrari driver got an excellent getaway to jump both Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, whilst Rosberg managed to pull alongside Hamilton at Turn 1.
