Lewis Hamilton has once again expressed his disapproval at the way in which Formula 1 plans to increase the speed of the cars next year as part of plans to overhaul the technical regulations. Whilst the new regulations governing the design of the cars for 2017 have only been outlined - with a detailed set of rules set to be agreed on April 30 - early indications are that downforce will be massively increased by way of new aerodynamic rules.
