Hamilton and Vettel call for F1 technical rule change Formula One world champions Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel has called for a change to F1 technical rules following what they expressed a “boring” Brazilian Grand Prix. The Brazilian Grand Prix race presented – a wheel-to-wheel action at the front of the field during tiny part of the session with the top four finishing in the order they started.
