Double DNF leaves Toro Rosso duo disappointed

It was a day of disappointment following a weekend of high ambition for the Scuderia Toro Rosso team at Silverstone, with neither Carlos Sainz Jr nor Max Verstappen seeing the chequered flag on Sunday.
