Lauda: Mercedes need to pull together

Mercedes chairman Niki Lauda says everyone at the team are pulling in the same direction as they look to bounce back following Ferrari's win at Sepang. After dominating the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, many expected it would be more of the same for Merc in Malaysia after Lewis Hamilton made it back-to-back pole positions for 2015. However, Ferrari claimed a shock win as Sebastian Vettel used a two-stop strategy to come from second on the grid to end Merc's eight-race winning streak, which dated back to 2014 Italian GP.
