Marcus Ericsson was delighted with his weekend's efforts after achieving a top-ten qualifying position for the first time in his career. In a mixed day for the Sauber duo it was Marcus Ericsson who ended the day in the better mood after making through to Q3 for the first time in his career. The Swede is now aiming for a second consecutive points finish after giving Sauber back-to-back Q3 finishes, after Felipe Nasr achieved the feat in Melbourne.
