Caterham set to miss F1 races in USA and Brazil

+ Caterham is set to miss the United States and Brazilian Grands Prix as its administrators seek to find a new buyer for the beleaguered team. Caterham’s administrators Smith & Williamson took full control of the team early on Friday, after the Swiss-based firm Engavest, who bought the outfit from Tony Fernandes in June, stepped aside. In a statement released on Friday afternoon, Caterham’s administrators confirmed that they had taken over the share capital of the team in an effort to keep it afloat while they seek a new buyer.
