Lotus and Red Bull pay tribute to Total boss

+ The Lotus and Red Bull F1 teams have both paid tribute to Total chief executive Christophe de Magerie, who was killed in a plane crash on Monday. De Magerie was involved in an accident at Moscow’s Vnukovo airport on Monday night, when his private jet collided with a snow plough, killing all four people onboard.
