Merc question Ferrari's test
Mercedes have questioned whether Ferrari's Pirelli test was legal despite the Scuderia using a two-year-old car.
When news of Mercedes's post-Spanish Grand Prix test broke, it also emerged that earlier in the season Ferrari had spent three days in action with Pirelli.
But unlike Mercedes, Ferrari used a two-year-old which meant they escaped a hearing and possible sanctions.
However, Mercedes's lawyer Paul Harris QC argued at the Brackley team's hearing in Paris that even a two-year-old car isn't in line with the rules as stated by Article 22.
