Maldonado still in pain after 9g Monaco crash

Pastor Maldonado says he's still in a bit of pain four days after his scary Monaco Grand Prix crash which brought out the red flags. The Williams driver impacted the barriers at Tabac following a clash with Marussia's Max Chilton, causing a 9g spike after he came to a sudden stop from over 100mph. The barrier was dislodged by the crash and blocked the circuit, causing the race stewards to red flag the race. Maldonado walked away from the incident unaided, but he admitted there is still some pain, but nothing of concern. "My body still hurts but it's not a problem," he told The Racer's Edge. "As soon as I knew I was OK I was thinking already of Montreal."
