Caterham to retain Renault engines in 2014

"true">Caterham has confirmed that its cars will again be powered by Renault engines in 2014, the Leafield-based outfit opting to remain with the French manufacturer as the sport approaches the transition from V8 powerplants to turbocharged V6 units. Although Renault, which at present supplies reigning World Champions Red Bull, Lotus, Williams and Caterham with engines, Fernandes said he never pondered switching to a rival brand, with both parties committed to a 'long-term' agreement.
