Prost: 'Drivers must adapt'

Former World Champion Alain Prost has said that it's up to drivers to adapt to the extreme rate of tyre wear currently seen in Formula 1.Criticism of the sport's control tyres - which are designed to purposefully wear out in order to offer more strategic variety and spice up 'the show' - boiled over two weeks ago at the Spanish GP when unexpectedly high degradation left drivers unable to stretch either their cars' or their own capabilities.
